By combining different counselling approaches, which is known as Integrative Therapy, I will help you to realign mind, body, and spirit. I utilise Talking and Listening Therapy, which combines CBT, NLP, REBT, Mindfulness and, my favourite, Solution Based Counselling. I will help you to fully consider how your thoughts and feelings can affect your physical health, as well as exploring how the things that happen in your body can have a knock-on effect on your feelings and thought patterns. Looking at all aspects of your life, your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual parts, in a fully integrated and holistic manner, I approach good mental health with an open mind and an open heart.
